Two Exercises for Love Handles

The first exercise for getting rid of love handles is called the "seated knee lift".

See? Seated. How bad can it be? Here's all you do.

• Sit in an armless chair.
• Grab the edge of the seat just in front of your hips.
• Using your hands for support, s-l-o-w-l-y draw your knees toward your chest while exhaling.
• Hold for a count of 5.
• S-l-o-w-l-y lower your legs.

Be sure to keep your lower back glued to the back of the chair. 15-20 reps won't take long at all!

The second of the exercises for love handles is the "leg over".

• Lie on the floor flat on your back.
• Stretch your arms out to form the top of the letter "T".
• Lift one leg so it points to the sky or ceiling. While your other leg is flat against the floor.
• Swing your raised leg across your body. swivel and touch the floor with your foot.
• Return your leg to the upright position. Repeat.

The goal is to eventually do 20-25 reps with each leg.
