Stability Ball Squat

Lie with your back draped on the exercise ball eyes glued to the ceiling. In essence, your upper back to the small of your back is supported by the ball. Use your fingertips to support your head. Your feet are on the floor.

Roll the ball UP your back lowering your butt almost to yet not touching the floor while bending at the knees into a squat. Hold it. Rollback to the starting position.
