Here is a one-minute cardio warm-up made more effective by adding resistance. Marching in place, lifting those knees high will get the heart pumping. Add to the effectiveness by tying a resistance tube to your feet. So you have got to work to pump up those knees.

Slide from that into sidestepping

Move the resistance training bands to your ankles. Think about a giant rubber band.

Step to the right sideways with your right foot.

As you step bend into a quarter squat to work those thighs bring the left leg over and straighten up.

Repeat to the right five times. Then the left. These movements work out your lower body including the upper hips and hard to work inner thighs.
